Only those taxa with >2 interactions and an estimate of ≥0.2 (i.e., one unit increase in the node taxon is associated with a 0.2 unit change in the abundance of the other taxon) are shown. Bar graphs indicate number of positive (green) and negative (red) interactions among microbes.
