Nitazoxanide treatment significantly reduced the bone tumor areas formed by PC-3-KQ cells while not affecting those of PC-3-KR cells. Femur sections were stained with H&E, and areas of tumor cells and entire bone sections were measured and compared between the NTZ treatment and the control group.
