Schematic of the experiment to compare targeted integration in vivo of an mCherry reporter gene using an HDR template or a HITI template. Cas9-expressing mice were injected intravenously with 1 x 1012vg/mouse Ark313 carrying either template or with PBS. Mice were euthanized, and spleen was harvested at 10 days after injection.
