SNV benchmarking of both falsely duplicated and falsely collapsed regions using original and modified GRCh38 references. The x-axis is labeled with gene names that are impacted due to false duplication/collapsed errors. For some of the duplicated regions, more than one gene are impacted and gene names with * (star) subscripts represent several other genes including the labeled gene name. The red and green box plots correspond to the original and modified GRCh38 references respectively.
