Empirical ROC curves of REPAC, QAPA, and DaPars. REPAC and QAPA performs very similarly (AUC = 0.99) in simulated data, while DaPars shows a lower performance (AUC=0.88). Curves were based on the effect-size of the methods i.e., cFC, Delta PDUI and Delta PAU for REPAC, DaPars, and QAPA, respectively.
