Workflow from Scientific Research

The general modeling workflow. Each catalyst/reaction combination has been encoded by different types of molecular descriptors forming several descriptors pools. Each descriptors pool was used to build a related Support Vector Regression model, the performance of which (determination coefficient, R2) was optimized in 10-fold cross-validation (CV). The best-performing model (model with maximum R2) is selected among those for external predictions.
