Workflow from Scientific Research

Schematic of the mouse model for gene editing in vivo in tissue-resident T cells. Cas9-expressing or C57BL/6J mice were injected intravenously with 1 x 1012vg/mouse Ark313 expressing a Trac-targeting sgRNA and an mCherry reporter gene or with PBS. Mice were sacrificed 7 days post-injection, and lymph nodes and lungs were harvested and analyzed by flow cytometry.
