Comparison of the clogging between the simple nozzle and JetALL when jetting 5% (w/v) silica in acetone suspension by calculating the number of particles passed through before clogging. No clogging was observed in JetALL (blue circle) while clogging happened within 1 min for the simple nozzle (black square). The upper blue hollow circle was a long-time testing of JetALL (20 min) with 7% (w/v) silica in THF. For calculation, see Supporting Information. Only particles passed by stable jets were taken into account. Particles passed by dripping or unstable jets were not considered.
