Volcano plot following global total- (8,153 proteins detected) proteomic analysis of EBSS-starved ARPE-19ULK1GFP/GFPcells expressing FLAG-aGFP6M-PPP2CA compared with those expressing FLAG-aGFP6M-PPP2CAH118Q. Gray horizontal threshold indicates significance level of p = 0.05. Gray vertical threshold indicates 2-fold change. The top left quadrant indicates peptides that are downregulated in cells expressing FLAG-aGFP6M-PPP2CA over those expressing FLAG-aGFP6M-PPP2CAH118Q, colored red, whereas the top right quadrant indicates peptides that are upregulated in cells expressing FLAG-aGFP6M-PPP2CA over those expressing FLAG-aGFP6M-PPP2CAH118Q, colored blue.
