Workflow from Scientific Research

Schematic for decoding edge-velocity time series from single-cell MTA activity time series of Cdc42, Rac1, and RhoA. We averaged the activity and velocity time series over cells to remove cell-to-cell variations and extract the cell-common MTA. Regression analysis revealed an optimal function F that decodes velocity V from the molecular activities of Cdc42, Rac1, and RhoA (C,R, and H, respectively).
