U-2OS cells were transfected with control or HPF1-directed siRNAs and, after 48 h, treated for 3 h with bleomycin 20 μg/mL or DMSO (vehicle); silencing controls are reported in Figure S2C. Cells were then fixed and analyzed by immunofluorescence microscopy with specific antibodies directed against RAD51. Ciclyn-B1 was analyzed to discriminate cells in S-G2 phase.
