MDA-MB 231 cells co-transfected with EEA1-RFP, Rab7-CFP, and RLC-GFP were imaged at 10-s intervals with separate exposure of the three channels at a single focal plane for 10 min. Yellow arrowheads indicate the fission sites, where RLC-GFP localizes in between EEA1 and Rab7. Images at the indicated time points are shown to demonstrate fission events. The Rab7-CFP was given false color, blue, to visualize the fission events. t = 0 (pre-fission). Scale bar, 2 μm.
