MDA-MB 231 cells co-expressing EEA1-RFP, Rab7-CFP were treated with ML7 for 1 h. The images were captured at 10-s intervals with separate exposure of the two channels at a single focal plane up to 10 min. Images at the indicated time points are shown to demonstrate fission events. The Rab7-CFP was given false color, green, to visualize the fission events. t = 0 (pre-fission). Scale bar, 10 μm.
