Correlation analyses of OsAUX5 transcript levels with the content of leucine in grains. Fifty rice varieties were selected from the two different haplotypes. The leaves (leaf blade II) at the five-leaf stage were used for expression analysis. Relative expression levels of OsAUX5 were normalized to those of ubiquitin and quantified by qRT-PCR. Each r value is based on the Pearson correlation coefficient.
