Schematic for Ark313 transduction of helminth (Nb)-infected mice in vivo. IL-5 tdTomato reporter mice were administered either Nb (n =8) or saline (n = 8), followed by injection of either PBS or Ark313 for expressing sc-CAG-GFP at 1 × 1012vg/mouse, at 21 days post-infection. At 7 days after Ark313 or PBS treatment, the mice were euthanized, and T cells from both the lung and spleen were analyzed by flow cytometry.
