Quantification of the binding between the SL analograc-GR24 or cyclo(Leu-Pro) and OsD14 by microscale thermophoresis (MST). Measurements were performed at a light-emitting diode (LED) power of 60% and medium MST power, and the results of three independent measurements are presented as the mean values of the binding affinity. The error bars represent the standard deviations.
