Given unlabeled data from the target task, we use a general commonsense reasoning framework based on pattern theory to create weakly-labeled data using symbolic knowledge bases, e.g., ConceptNet. This is the teacher. We then distill its implicit knowledge to train a student to build specialist models for the target task.
