After 24 h of culture, colon cancer cells SW620, SW480, and HT29 were treated with a medium containing vehicle control (0 mg AGA) or increasing concentrations of AGA. Treated and control cells were harvested at 0, 48, and 72 h. Cell proliferation was quantified with MTT Assay.
