Microscopy from Scientific Research

Prolonged anesthesia altered microglial morphology ( n = 10 or 11 cells per group). We used the bandpass filter method in ImageJ to remove noise from IF staining and calculated microglial solidity and maximal intersection number (intersections mask). Scale bar = 20 m.
