Microscopy: HNF and Ciliates, CARD-FISH: Plastidic, Aplastidic, and uncultured CRY1 cryptophytes; 18S rRNA abundances: Perkinsidae; MAG abundances: Chrysochromulina and Thalassiosira ; all prokaryotes and viruses.
