Heatmap of normalized CTCF signal centered at differential CTCF peaks from 2 replicates of HA ChIP-seq of CTCF AID2/WT and CTCF AID2/dZF10 cells following 10 M 5-Ph-IAA treatment for 24 h and 18 h of 1 g/mL doxycycline. Differential ChIP-seq peaks analysis respectively identified 525 and 4084 significantly increased (up) or depleted (down) peaks (cutoff: |log 2 (FC)|≥ 1 and FDR ≤ 0.05, using Limma-Voom analysis) in CTCF AID2/dZF10 HA samples.
