On the basis of two vaccinations of inactivated vaccine (at least 6 months after the second dose), a booster shot with LyomRNA-Omicron was administered. Then, the titers of neutralizing antibodies against the wild-type pseudoviruses were detected at D0 (pre-boost), 14 dpb, and 60 dpb. Plasma pseudovirus-neutralizing antibodies in the control group were detected one month after the third homogeneous booster shot with inactivated vaccine. Data are presented as the geometric means 95% confidence interval.
