New Zealand rabbits, received two muscular injections of vaccines at an interval of 21 days. The plasma-neutralizing antibodies for pseudoviruses of all Omicron variants at a dose of 50 μg were detected 14 days after the last immunization. Group comparisons were made by Kruskal–Wallis ANOVA with Dunn’s multiple comparisons test. Dotted lines represent assay limits of detection.
