Each dot represents an individual sample (controllers, n = 61; progressors, n = 64). The horizontal lines represent medians, the bounds of the boxes indicate the 25th and 75th percentiles and the whiskers represent the minima and maxima. The P value was calculated using the MannWhitney U -test (two sided). Some samples are from the same participants collected at different study timepoints.
