Expression of tight-junction protein genes (occludin [Ocln], ZO-1 [Tjp1], claudin-5 [Cldn5], and claudin-15 [Cldn15]) in the forebrain in RR-EAE mice. Fold expressions of genes were determined relative to the PBS-treated group and log2-transformed prior to statistical analysis. To determine statistical significance (*p <0.05,**p <0.01), a one-way ANOVA followed by the Tukey-Kramer post hoc test was used.
