Immunofluorescence and Luxol fast blue (LFB) staining was used to identify demyelination (reduced myelin oligodendrocyte [MOG] immunofluorescence staining and reduced LFB staining) and immune cell infiltration (accumulation of CD3+T cells and Iba-1+microglia/macrophages) in the RR-EAE mice. Yellow or black arrows are used to indicate regions of demyelination and immune cell infiltration. Scale bars representing 200 μm are shown in red in the bottom-right corner of the images.
