Microscopy from Scientific Research

Microscopy analysis of U2OS cells visualizing nuclear enrichment of doxorubicin derivatives. Live U2OS cells were treated with doxorubicin and its derivatives for 6 h. Nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342. BFB was used for visualization of nuclei (blue) and RFB was used for visualization of doxorubicin and its derivatives (red). Scale bar, 100 m. Experiments were repeated independently three times.
