Mendelian concordance of HLA typing results using Illumina data from three trios and a pantranscriptome containing ten HLA genes. Results are summarized by the number of transcripts (left) and proportion of expression in TPM (right) predicted to be expressed for each child and gene. The concordance is labeled unknown when a transcript is not expressed in one of the parents.
