DLS measurements of vesicles after GUV sonication. Before sonication, anionic GUVs were either incubated with TFAMoplexes containing TFAM-A4 or left untreated. CaCl2 was added in all conditions. The sonicated samples were centrifuged, and the supernatants were analyzed by DLS.
