Microscopy from Scientific Research

Anionic GUVs (POPC/DOPS/Chol) or neutral GUVs (POPC/Chol) were incubated with recombinant EGFP-Annexin A4 T7D in the presence or absence of 1 mM CaCl2. Images were captured after 15 min of incubation. Scale bars: 100 m. A zoom-in of the yellow-labeled region is shown in (A). All images were processed with identical brightness values.
