Microscopy from Scientific Research

Representative AFM image of 16x GDVIEV fibrils. Scale bar, 200 nm. Images were acquired with a 1.45 Hz rate at 512 x 512 pixels. The lines are represented in cyan, pink, and yellow, respectively, to classify the polymorphs of the fibril. Fibrils formed by 16x GDVIEV in >3 independent experiments provide reproducible images, and their data were analyzed in Nanoscope software.
