Representative microscopy images and quantification of EU (green) intensity in cells treated with flavopiridol (CDK1/2 inhibitor, 1.25 μM), dinaciclib (CDK2/5/9 inhibitor, 1.25 μM), abemaciclib (CDK4/6 inhibitors, 12.5 μM), and 10 μM camptothecin (CPT) for 6 h.
