Final structure of nsp16/nsp10 heterotetramer in the presence of a 10-mer Capped RNA (Cap-1); first three nucleotides (blue and magenta sticks) and SAH (black sticks) were refined with full occupancy. Two inverted nsp16/nsp10 heterodimers are stabilized by an aromatic zipper-like interface.
