Workflow from Scientific Research

Workflow of sub-population RNA-seq experiments. One hundred cells per morphotype and for each biological replicate are sorted into a single well of a 96-well plate. The sorted cells are sonicated, processed with the MATQ-seq protocol to obtain cDNA, and depleted of ribosomal sequences via DASH prior to Illumina sequencing.
