A549 cells were transfected with either siNC or PEX5 small interfering RNA (siRNA) #2 for 48 h, followed by infection with NDV (MOI = 1). Protein levels of PEX5, NBR1, p62, LC3 I/II, CAT, PEX14, NP, and β-actin were analyzed by WB at 24 hpi.
