Transcriptomic analyses performed on 12-day-old seedlings, including 35S:C4 (lines 8 and 22, T3), 35S:C4CCLm1(lines 3 and 8, T3), 35S:C4CCLm2(lines 46 and 105, T3), and WT as reference.
