Each dot represents the GFP fluorescence lifetime (ns, nanoseconds) of one technical replicate consisting of one field. A minimum of six fields were analyzed per combination. The thick line indicates the average value per sample, and the error bars correspond to standard deviations. Significant differences between groups were determined by one-way ANOVA (forE,p< 0.0001,F= 80.63, df = 3; forF,p< 0.0001,F= 70.21, df = 3), followed by multiple comparisons of means by applying a Tukey test; asterisks represent statistically significant difference: ∗∗∗∗p< 0.0001; ns, not significant.
