Interaction between LZY3 and RLD3 in the presence or absence of C4, and interaction between C4 and RLD3 in the presence or absence of LZY3, as measured by fluorescence resonance energy transfer-fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FRET–FLIM) upon transient co-expression in N. benthamiana leaves.
