Bar Plot from Scientific Research

HeLa cells were transfected with control oligo or siRNA for TfR (oligo 9) for 3 days and transfected in the last 24 h with pEGFP empty vector, or TfR-GFP-WT or TfR-GFP-4KA (lysine null) (oligo 9-resistant), and processed for immunofluorescence for endogenous LC3B and CHMP2A. Blot shows TfR silencing efficiency and transfection levels of exogenous TfR with GAPDH as loading control. The histogram shows the quantification of the association of CHMP2A with LC3 (Manders’ coefficient). Data are mean +/- SD (n= 4 graphs represent means from four independent experiments).
