HeLa cells were transfected with control oligo or siRNA for TfR (oligo 9) for 3 days and transfected in the last 24 h with pEGFP empty vector, or TfR-GFP-WT or TfR-GFP-4KA (lysine null) (oligo 9-resistant), and processed for immunofluorescence for endogenous LC3B and CHMP2A. Blot shows TfR silencing efficiency and transfection levels of exogenous TfR with GAPDH as loading control.
