HeLa cells were transfected for 24 h with pEGFP empty vector, pEGFP-VPS15-WT or pEGFP-VPS15-LS_403-410_AA, and processed for immunofluorescence for endogenous CHMP2A and LC3B. Histogram shows quantification of CHMP2A-LC3B association (Manders’ coefficient). Data are mean +/- SD (n= 3 graphs represent means of three independent experiments).
