Microscopy from Scientific Research

HeLa cells were transfected with control or TfR siRNAs for 3 days, fixed and labeled for endogenous LC3B (green), and processed for super-resolution microscopy. Histogram shows quantification of round (dots) or finger-like LC3B structures in different experiments. Data are mean ± SD (n= 3 independent experiments of minimum 5 cells each condition).
