Quantitative biodistribution of unformulated 89 Zr-siRNA, LNP- 89 Zr-siRNA and aNP- 89 Zr-siRNA 24 h after intravenous administration in mice (8 Ci per mouse) as determined by ex vivo gamma counting. Radioactivity is expressed as the percentage injected dose per gram of tissue (%ID per gram). Data represent mean s.d. of one experiment, each data point represents one animal ( n = 3, 5 or 6 mice). The data were analysed by one-way ANOVA with a Bonferroni post-hoc test.
