HeLa cells were transfected for 24 h with Myc-empty vector or MARCH8-Myc_WT or Δ_C76. The immunoprecipitates obtained using VPS15 antibody were processed for TfR immunoblot. Histogram shows amount of TfR normalized to immunoprecipitated VPS15 immunoprecipitated. Data are mean ± SD (n= 3 graphs represent means from three independent experiments).
