Microscopy from Scientific Research

HeLa cells were transfected with control or TfR siRNA oligos for 3 days and then transfected in the last 24 h with Myc-empty vector or Myc-MARCH8-WT in combination with 4xFYVE-GFP, fixed and processed for immunofluorescence for anti-Myc antibody. Blot shows TfR levels with GAPDH as loading control. The histogram shows the number of 4xFYVE-GFP dots (PI(3)P) per cell.
