VPS15 was identified by LC-MS analysis in immunoprecipitates of endogenous TfR in HeLa cells by 9 unique peptides, each with a peptide identification probability greater than 95% as determined by Scaffold. Only one peptide was identified in the negative control sample (TfR knockdown [KD]). Sequence coverage indicating the identified fragments is shown.
