HeLa cells were transfected for 24 h with empty vector or TfR-pHuji-WT or TfR-pHuji-4KA in combination with 4xFYVE-GFP, then fixed and processed for immunofluorescence. Histogram shows number of 4xFYVE-GFP dots (PI(3)P) per cell. Data are mean ± SD (n= 3, graphs represent means from three independent experiments).
