HeLa cells were transfected for 24 h with pEGFP empty vector or TfR-GFP-WT or TfR-GFP-RGD and treated with DMSO (basal) or bafilomycin A1 (Baf) for the last 4 h, processed for immunoblot, and labeled for LC3, TfR, GFP, and GAPDH as loading control. Histogram shows relative amount of LC3-II in basal or Baf treatment, normalized for GAPDH. Data are mean ± SD (n= 3; graphs represent means from three independent experiments).
