HeLa cells ATG5 null (−/−) or ATG5 control (+/+) were transfected with pEGFP-empty or TfR-GFP-WT vectors in combination with HA-tagged Htt-Q74 (mutant huntingtin exon 1) for 48 h and processed for immunofluorescence.
