HeLa cells were transfected with control oligo or siRNA for TfR (oligo 9) for 3 days and transfected in the last 24 h with Myc-empty vector or Myc-TfR-WT (oligo 9-resistant) in combination with the two-half bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) constructs WIPI2-RAB11A (Split Venus).
