Experimental paradigm. The CPP test was conducted over five consecutive days. On day 1, rats underwent a pre-test to establish baseline chamber preferences. During the next 3 days, conditioning involved 5-min tickling sessions in the designated tickling room, alternating with 5-min periods in the non-tickling room.
